Working with local and reputable home inspectors, we will schedule a pre-sale inspection of the home. This inspection will provide invaluable insight for a Seller and to a potential Buyer. Saving time by mitigating offers from falling through due to unforeseen deal breakers, and lessening friction in negotiations.
Weekly Home Checks

A house left vacant is a house left vulnerable. This is why each week we do an interior and exterior walk through of each property. Everything from checking doors and windows, inspecting for leaks, and uninvited guests, people or pests. This provides peace of mind that all properties are show ready, and that if disaster does strike someone will be there to catch it sooner.
Home Repair Facilitation
We handle the contractors so you don't have to.
You approve. We coordinate everything else.
Contractors are busy and so are you. Whether repairs are scheduled right after a pre-sale inspection or during the inspection window while under contract, Real Estate Care will be there to reach out for bids, schedule contractors, and follow up to ensure the repair is done when scheduled. The only thing left for a Seller to do is confirm they are happy with the repair when everything is completed.
Flyer & Sign Distribution

When a Seller has their house under contract that is contingent upon the sale of their Buyer's home, all parties can feel the pressure. Real Estate Care can help by extending specific services, and discounts of additional services to Buyers to support in the process of selling their home.
Lawn Care & Snow Removal
Presentable in every season.
Curb appeal, rain or shine...or snow.
When a home is on the market it should always be presentable and accessible. Real Estate Care is available to ensure that happens. In the summer we will drop in once a week to cut the lawn and clear any debris. More importantly in the winter, we will clear driveways and primary walkways after a major snow fall keeping prospective Buyers safe, and the property ready to view as needed.
